For the first time in the series, we returned to a course already ridden, a great chance for riders to compare times and performances since their last go around. A good turnout of riders, with some first timers for this course and also for the series. A strong tailwind on the outward leg saw speeds in excess 60km/h for the top guns. Tony Doherty, the defending CR holder, turned up on a roadie (with a disc wheel?), so his job to hang on to it was always going to be hard.

Steve C and Carol teamed up for a two up TT. Well done for getting involved. Conor Lambert showed a clean pair of wheels to the field with a scorching new CR and a whopping 45.9 av. speed. Lee Scurlock had a fine looking new TT rig out for it's first time in anger. He was in trouble with the style police though as the hole in his DBS skinsuit did not complete the "look".

Dale Blincow is obviously enjoying the "pro- life", almost edging under 21m. Close racing in the mid-pack with only 11seconds separating 7th from 11th. Bad luck to Ben Hastie who has been on the rise this series as he punctured. Vern M again "serenaded" the timekeepers as he crossed the line. Biggest improver title goes to Racing 225's Garry Hastie who was a massive 1m 37s faster this time round.

Thanks to volunteers Courtland Wood, Tracey Shooter, Tanya Wood and Jamie C with his band of merry men, as well as the supporters who came out.
