There were warm but fairly still conditions for Wednesday evening's Collie TT and most enjoyed the undulating course.  Team Crank’n'Cycles were out in force with both Peter Fergie and Erik sporting the go-fast TT gear. Turbo Tom does not appear to have returned the loan TT bike and looked very serious in his black and white skin suit and white shoe covers.
Tony Doherty who is enjoying his cycling and will be joining mate Ryan in their first ever road race next weekend at the Pemberton Classic put in a great effort to complete the 16k in 26.25 sticking with minute man Nicholas Lawler after being caught.  Nicholas can be well pleased with his time of 25.23.  Fergie showed he still has plenty of speed in the legs and was just ahead of a psyched up Robbie Commons.  Turbo Tom was close to the 40kph mark with an excellent ride while Erik once again showed he has the speed with a time of 23.44.

The 8k event was dominated by Jessica Lawler who continues to go from strength to strength this season.  Nat was complaining of the heat but still rode well while Ben and Alex Hastie are also improving in leaps and bounds and were undeterred by the undulating course.

Many thanks to Suzanne for running the event and the hospitality of Erik and the Collie Cycle Club.  The final event in the midweek TT series is on Wednesday 6th March back at Dardanup.
