A small band of quality riders fronted at Wise Wines Restaurant for the most picturesque course we have had so far in the series. The conditions were perfect and some riders looked to be inspired by the prospect of the fantastic TT course on offer: around 275m climbing in the 20km with a juicy downhill blast thrown in for the adrenaline junkie. Jamie C looked the most serious with his TT bars clipped onto the roadie and the fancy, slippery looking shoe covers to go with the skinsuit.

Great to see Melinda T representing for the ladies and Trevor Orchard lining up for his first ride for the series.

Excellent performances from all and great reports about the course. Well done to junior Mark Schaap on a short course lap. From the amount of sweat dripping from chaperone, Wayne Schaap, it looked like he was going hard! Thanks to Heath: cheap beers in the courtyard; watching the moon rise was a real treat. Winners of the restaurant vouchers were Lee, Dale and Trevor. if you missed this time, make sure you get along when we return on 28th Feb. and we will do it all again!
