Race Report

A new series begins…

Jerard Ghossein is expected to attempt his 150th ATTA ride—accumulated over sixteen years.
Sadly, the listed field is one of the smallest for this course that averages 45 riders/event (range: 14-96). No women are listed to ride. ATTA has been riding the course for longer than any other: since 1990 when 34 riders tested it. Has it been worn out?

Regardless of that, a strengthening, easterly breeze is blowing as things get set up in Chidlow, and it's about 20°, predicted to warm up into the 30s. So there could be a bit of assistance on the homeward leg. All riders should have started but there is nothing to see yet on Webscorer or, therefore the ATTAapp. We'll probably return for the results in an hour or so…
The results: thirteen starters; Jeremy Smith first home in 55min; Jarred Anderson fastest: 51:15; Jerard DNS.

Points for a hilly series have been calculated and can be seen HERE.
