Report

The meeting began with the distribution of the Hilly Shirts, followed by the presentation of the BAR and Hilly trophies and BAR medals.

This year's presentation of the ATTA Endeavour award was made to John Pimm in absentia for his superbly successful efforts in establishing ATTA in Tasmania this year, an announcement which was met with resounding support.

The formal part of the meeting, following the tabling of the President's and Treasurer's reports (with brief verbal explanations and amplifications), saw the re-election of all Office bearers who offered themselves for re-election:
Peter Meyer (President); Rod Randall & John Neville (Vice Presidents); LorraineSchutz (Treasurer); Stuey Estcourt (Secretary); Roger & Jenny Holt (shared position);Andrew Haskins; Kirsten Estcourt. Mel Davies will continue to be our liason with the WCMCC.

New to the committee will be Nicole Jahn, Bob Barnes and Greg Perry.

Retiring from the committee, much to the regret of the rest of us were Dean Klimczak and Andrew Stanley. But we expect Deano back some time and charged Stan with the task of establishing ATTA in SA when he returns there.

On the basis of our better than expected financial position this year, no changes were made to either membership or race entry fees for the next year.

The date of the next AGM was set for July 30, 2004

And then we enjoyed dinner.
